Helena Mits ("we", "I") values your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through helenamitsproperty.com, how we use it and what rights you have under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish law LOPDGDD 3/2018.

What we collect

Data you provide in the enquiry form: name, phone or WhatsApp, Telegram username, preferred area, budget and your message.

Technical data when the form is sent: IP address, device and browser type, the page the form was sent from, and the traffic source (UTM tags or referring site).

We do not collect special categories of data, and the forms are not intended for anyone under 18.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, select properties and contact you via your chosen channel (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram).

To understand which channels enquiries come from and improve the site.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where your data goes

Enquiries are delivered to us via Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) into a private work chat. The site is hosted by a provider that processes technical logs. An IP geolocation service is used to determine your city.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where the law requires it.

Cookies and localStorage

Browser storage (localStorage) keeps your chosen site language and your first traffic source (UTM). For anonymised visit statistics we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd), which sets _ga cookies; Google does not log IP addresses for GA4. You can delete cookies in your browser settings or block them with extensions.

How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept while we communicate about your request, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, after which it is deleted unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or port your data, restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to elena_mitz@ukr.net.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority — Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
